Reserva Magnum

Gran Reserva

VARIETY

100% Tinto Fino from goblet pruned old grape vines.

ELABORATION

In the middle of October we manually harvest the grapes and place them in boxes, before the table selection. From there they are transferred to stainless steel containers where they undergo temperature-controlled fermentation. After macerating for 32 days, malolactic fermentation at 20º C takes place. At the end of the process the wine will obtain an alcoholic grade of 14% vol.

AGENING

The wine is transferred to new American Oak casks in December, and will be aged for 24 months.

BOTTLED

In February 1998, we bottled 25,780 750 ml bottles.
