Our wine has been carefully looked after from the beginning until it matures in the bottle. Our family has maintained traditional methods for more than 40 years.

Following the same process used by our great-grandparents, with every step carefully controlled, our wine is allowed to sleep in new and semi-new barrels in conditions of constant humidity and temperature. It will finally be bottled where it will rest until we consider it ready to go out into the market and to you when it reaches the optimum conditions to be consumed.
