“Village Sotillo de la Ribera. This wine represents a collection of landscapes located in Sotillo de la Ribera, at altitudes between 855 and 930 m above sea level. They are loamy-clay soils, with limestone bottoms, very loose and poor soils, with great freshness due to the limestone and the altitude. FIELD BLEND of Tinto Fino, Garnacha and Albillo Mayor, co-fermented in concrete tanks and rested in different containers, fudres, concrete and large barrels, to preserve the landscape of Sotillo de la Ribera”
