VIÑA PILAR CLARETE
2020
The tradition in Sotillo de la Ribera has been to make Claretes Claretes wines, a mixture of Tinto Fino (along with other red varieties) and Albillo Mayor, just as they were found in the vineyards of our grandparents (field wines). We want with this Clarete de Guarda to recover this tradition.
The name of Viña Pilar is a tribute to our madre Pilar, whose name, of Latin origin, means “she who is a pillar or support for her loved ones” that is why this wine is dedicated to this great woman who gives us support and love in our family.
